Software will give advance news of death

The United States Department of Food and Drug Administration have approved software that will give advance warning about the sudden closure of the heart or lung. Several US hospitals have started this system. The software called wave clinical platform may signal at least six hours before being hit with a heart attack.

Software creator of Excel Medical Services, Lance Burton, said that although the patient is kept under surveillance, doctors or nurses can then serve, when someone suffers from a deadly incident. It is not possible to understand them before. The software will work in those cases.

The software does not need any special equipment to use. This new technology will work with the use of surveillance systems in the hospital now. Software manufacturers are hoping that this will prevent the death of at least 2.5 million people annually through this year.

There are not enough doctors or staff for patients in many hospitals. Wave Clinical Platform Software will check the patient's various information and review the physical condition, which may not be caught in the general eye of the person.

Software will check heartbeat, lung type, blood pressure, and body temperature and oxygen levels. Health workers can see this information on their phone, tablet or computer. As soon as they do not come next to the bed, they can be able to monitor the patient sitting anywhere. Patients will be monitored at levels 0-5. If the condition of a patient is greater than 3, the software will start to send a warning message.

Wave Clinical Platform software has algorithms that have been named as the Visncia Safety Index. For the first time, US health authorities approved such health software. However, scientists are not expecting that all patients can be saved through this. They are now just trying to reduce the rate of death by ensuring proper treatment at the right time.

This software is only possible to use in intensive care centers. The manufacturer is trying to improve it so that it can be delivered to the common people too. Manufacturers are also trying to detect other diseases outside the heart or lungs.
